Appointments & Scheduling

  • Booking Your Appointment 
    • All lash appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system.
    • Squeeze-in appointments are available upon request for an additional $25
    • A 25% deposit is required for all scheduled appointments.
      • Deposits secure your spot and are non-refundable but transferrable if rescheduled within 24hrs.
    • Invoice balance is to be paid in full in Cash or through the invoice link.

Arrival & Punctuality

  • Please arrive on time to ensure the full length of your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, with forfeit of initial deposit.
  • If you are running late, please communicate; there is a 10 minute grace period.
  • No extra guests are allowed (unless approved by Talia Emmanuelle)

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24hrs notice will forfeit their deposit
  • We understand emergencies happen; we will always do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances

 

Consultations

  • All new clients may require a brief consultation prior to service to assess natural lashes, discuss your desired look, and ensure safety and satisfaction.

By booking an appointment with Luxe Identity Co., you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies. Adherence ensures your lashes remain stunning and healthy while allowing us to deliver the elevated, luxurious experience you deserve.
